I bought Pro but don’t see unlimited lives
Open the paywall or Settings and use Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. Still stuck? Email us with your purchase receipt date.
How do weekly parent emails work?
In the app, add a parent email (onboarding or Settings) and leave weekly updates on. You’ll get a summary of streak, skills practiced, and what to work on next. Turn emails off anytime in Settings, or use the unsubscribe link in a report.
How do I open the parent dashboard?
The parent dashboard is in the app and protected by a 4-digit PIN you set. It doesn’t need a separate parent login.
Lives ran out
Free accounts get 5 lives per day; they refill over time. Pro includes unlimited lives, plus heart refills and streak freeze as described on the paywall.
