Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Kaer Math, the mobile app and related services including kaermath.com. By using Kaer Math, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Kaer Math provides adaptive K–12 math practice, including world paths, lessons, mastery tests, daily challenges, quests, collection/evolution rewards, optional AI-assisted hints, and optional parent progress features.
Accounts
You may use the app with device-local progress and, where available, signed-in accounts to sync progress. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the app.
Free and Pro
The free tier includes every grade, every topic, and evolutions, with a daily lives limit (5 lives/day). Kaer Math Pro is a paid subscription: $2.99/month or $19.99/year, offering unlimited lives, streak freeze, heart refills, and an ad-free experience as described in the app. Prices are shown in the store and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew until canceled through Apple or Google. There is no free trial and no lifetime plan offered under these Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it to harass others. Do not attempt to bypass lives, subscriptions, or security controls.
Intellectual property
Kaer Math, Kaer, the world path design, and related content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial learning.
AI features
AI tutor and hint features may produce incorrect or incomplete explanations. They are learning aids, not professional tutoring or academic advice.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaer Math and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to paid features will be reflected in the app stores where required.
